Josh's Used Tires and Wheels

Complete scam. Don't waste your time or money. Guy who runs it is confrontational and scummy. Went in for a tire, was told I would need another new front tire because of the tread. When I went to pay for the tire I he added on extra charges for things he never told me about, including a sensor that they definitely did not replace and dents that were non existent. This is all before they even took my donut off and replaced the tire so I knew he was lying. When they did put the tire on, the worker told me he broke my center wheel logo and offered me the pieces of it. Also the tread on the new tire is just as bad if not worse than the one he said I also needed to replace. $140 when you could go to discount tire and get a new one for $100 and not have your stuff broken.

Really wished I would have read the google reviews before going! I went to Josh’s Used Tire and Wheels for one used tire, expecting a simple, affordable visit. The tire was $60, which was fine — but then they piled on extra charges: $21.99 for mounting and balancing and $15 for a valve. I agreed at the moment because I didn’t know the usual cost, but looking back, it feels like they took full advantage of that. When everything was totaled, I paid $115 for a used tire. That’s beyond ridiculous. I could’ve bought a brand-new tire at Walmart for less. I try to support local businesses, but this place proved that some local shops will overcharge you worse than the big corporations. I walked out feeling completely ripped off. I won’t ever return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Called ahead and was quoted $70 for two used tires. When I showed up, they immediately took my wheels and tires off before locking in a final price. Then the price magically changed to $100 per tire after they already had my car in the air. At that point, I felt pressured to go through with it since my car was already taken apart. I ended up paying $349 for two used tires mounted and balanced, which is ridiculous compared to what I was told on the phone. This felt like a bait-and-switch and a pressure tactic. Not a good way to do business. Don't go here

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FROM THIS PLACE SAVE YOURSELF THE WORST EXPERIENCE This is the worst used tire shop you can go to #1 customer service from employee is the worse #2 owner give you the look to see if he can take advantage of you #3 they sell you a patch installation for way more then what other shops are charging $77.23 for a patch #4 they dismount your tire and when they put it back they don’t put all the nuts the way it was prior to dismounting the tire a way for them to up charge you more

Do not trust this shop. They charged me an extremely high price for a simple tire repair, did a terrible job, and tried to force extra fees before finishing the work — they act like scammers. On top of that, some of the workers made racist comments and behaved in a completely disrespectful, disgraceful way. When I complained, they refused to take responsibility. Stay far away if you care about your money and your safety.
