We were in a very tough situation with our travel trailer when we discovered a failed wheel bearing. We were about 3 hrs from home and had been turned down by a couple tow options in the Klamath Falls area. Thanks to Terri at Journey's Salvage in Crescent, OR, who worked with us to have a same day tow, we were able to head home with peace of mind. What a great company! Thank you Terri and the workers at Journey's Salvage who helped make a bad experience so much easier.

The owners of Journey were incredibly easy to work with after my car was in an accident. They are super friendly, very easy to get ahold of, honest, and very helpful. The only thing to be mindful of is they are located off of a rural road so if you are traveling there in the winter make sure your car can handle that. We got stuck but thankfully they helped us out of that situation too! :)
