This company will take care of you and you can trust them, they will treat you right. This is where I go for any car needs. Honest prices and quality people.

I have 3 boys and have had to keep 4-5 very used vehicles running. Have been using Joy's as my one and only mechanic. They are always honest, will let you know if there are other issues but do not upsell or pressure you. They are very trustworthy and will not rip you off.

Jiffy Lube caused serious damage to my car. The Technicians at Joy's disassembled and took pictures of the damage. They replaced the damaged engine with a good used engine per my request. (because I had to pay for it and I am not rich) Then Mark Joy himself came to my court appearance to explain to the Judge how and why the vehicle was damaged. Far better than I could have. Words cannot describe how helpful they were to me. This is a level of customer service you won't find anywhere else.

I am currently a chemo patient and I could not have asked for a more kind and compassionate group of men to help me get my car back up and running! They definitely went above and beyond normal customer service! So thankful for their help!
