I can not say enough about JP Automotive! After the Subaru dealership told me my BRZ's steering column needed to be replaced, at a cost of $2,500, and three days in the shop, I asked a few locals if they knew of a reputable shop. JP Automotive was referred and I only wish I had found them sooner! As I suspected, a part within the steering wheel column was broken. They repaired the same day, at one fourth of the cost and even returned the busted part to me. The women working in the front also deserve a shout out. Not only friendly but knowledgeable. I have had my oil change in my truck twice there. I had an appointment both times. First time was an hour and 45 minutes. Second time was an hour and 20 minutes. When I got there the 2nd time she said they would try to work me in; that they were swamped. They put too much oil in my truck, overfilled my crank case. I do appreciate them telling me, that my 1st oil change at Headquarter Nissan the monkey that changed my oil had left a bolt out of my shield plate. I am grateful that JP brought that to my attention.
