Jose perform superb service. He was available and got us right in, diagnose the problem right away, got all the proper parts and repaired the thermostat and the temperature Sensor. He had everything diagnosed and had us drive the SUV down the road to make sure that everything worked properly. I drove back and he checked that everything worked properly again and ran a second computer scan. He gave us excellent advice as to what to look for in case something else came up. We highly recommend him and give him a top rating all the way through. He was professional, personable and very friendly and explained everything as he went through everything step by step. I had a very good experience with J&P's. He was very professional and kind. When I towed a vehicle to him, he helped right away by telling me where to unload so I could get back on the road. Just an hour later, I ran into the lady I towed to him at O'Reilly Auto parts and she was very happy and her vehicle was fixed and she was already driving it. Good job J&P's. I was on my way from Lincoln, NE to Colorado Springs, it was 4pm and my dashboard lit up 5 miles from Ogallala. Turns out I needed a new alternator. Jose didn't have the part in stock but he called it in right away and installed it the moment I arrived at 8am. Quality service, friendly disposition. Highly recommend!

Poorly ran establishment. I came in the other morning , I had a sensor that needed replaced. I had already bought the part. I stressed to Jose that I needed to leave town that day, and I was curious if he could switch out my sensor for me before the end of the day, for me to leave town. Jose tells me to my face “ yeah no problem we will get you in after this truck , shouldn’t take longer than an hour until we get you in” . I said great no problem! 11 o clock rolls by, I drive by in a different vehicle, and my car is still in the same spot. I’m like okay, i’ll stay patient. 4 o’clock rolls by and it’s still in the same spot. Now i’m thinking, what is taking so long.
