Wolf Auto Ogallala, LLC Service

I had a flat tire that happened without advance warning. Luckily, we get our car serviced Wolf Motors and Doug was able to come out quickly to see if it could be filled. Unfortunately, not. He got me assistance with Kent's Towing and has tires ordered and will be put on car tomorrow. The joys of living in small towns, brings great service.

Came to Wolf Automotive for an alternator repair First thing they asked me was if iI was traveling and which I was on vacation celebrating our wedding anniversary. Was going to charge me $1700 for a $356 alternator from Napa. Was suppose to take 2.5 hrs to install and another 2 hrs to change a plug to alternator that was bad. They miraculously came down to approximately $1200 now because they were giving me a deal on the $900 they quoted me on just the alternator which I knew was $356 because I called Napa prior. All said and done took 30 minutes and charged me $1148.70.. I asked if charging me still for 4.5 hrs when took 30 minutes and said I'm not paying mechanic for his time but his experience and he works on commission. I reluctantly paid and canceled our next two hotel nights and went

I went to Wolff auto gmc in ogallala to have my oil changed and a tire sensor replaced. They ended up replacing 2 tire sensors without calling me for approval. I checked all sensors when I dropped off car and only the LF was not working. When I picked up my car the bill was over $400 and I was going to need timing chains/approx $5000 and then a new engine/ approx $13000. I was not having any other issues. I have had the car for over 6 year with no problems. I could not believe what they informed me.

Came in on a Saturday. They closed at noon but these guys stayed later than that to make sure I got the deal I needed. Even explained everything very well to make sure I knew the details of my deal.

Broke down on I80 headed home from a hunting trip. Got to them too late in the day to get the parts we needed, but the mechanic had us fixed and on the road before they even opened the next day. Appreciate hard working people, thanks again
