I thought if I "HAD" to make an appointment that I would get in when my appointment was made for. It was at least a half hour after my appointment that I got in for my evaluation. I believe that to be very rude a disrespectful. Don't let people just walk in if you "require" appointments. The gentleman ( Sean) that did finally take care of my car business was very cordial and apologetic about the wait. After all was said and done. I wasn't really satisfied with the offer but I wasn't about to make my wife wait any longer. I would have negotiated for much more but you caught me at a weak moment. Pretty clever marketing ploy I must say!

I contacted four dealers online, and received tentative offers from all four. This was the first dealer I stopped at and they had the highest online bid and gave us a little more at the in person appraisal. This impressed me because the others made it clear that the online bid was the very top offer and would probably be less. Our sales person, Shawn, gave the car, A 2008 Honda Civic, a thorough inspection so he could give us a fair deal.
