JR AUTO DETAILING OF NAPLES LLC

Edmundo is nice guy but unfortunately doesnt stay behind his work. I had really bad experience with his service. My car had a lot terrible swirls from "self polishing". I made appointment with Edmundo and he assured me that with all coatings and polishing all marks/swirls will be gone. He came to my place,polished car buy we could see all swirls! Even more under direct sun light. After polishing all parts again and sun being almost down i paid Edmundo because i couldnt see marks. Next day under sun light i could see all swirls/marks on my car. When Edmundo asked me to give him review i decided not to give bad review and asked him if if he can fix the problem? Never received any response back. I waited some time to see if i will get any answer or offer to get this fixed but nothing. I reall

WOW. My entire experience with JR Auto Detailing was unbelievable from start to finish. Santos is so professional, his communication and punctuality are second to none. His team showed up on time and proceeded to absolutely blow my mind with their dedication to their detailing craft. My work truck and skid steer were a mess, and they made them look BETTER THAN NEW at a price that will drop your jaw. I would like to give a big shout out to Edmundo/JR Auto Detailing! My car looks brand new and I love it. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect! The floors were spotless, there was not a speck of dust, he even vacuumed my trunk and the floor floor mats I had in there. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had, and the best part was that he was able to come to my work to do the job, so convenient! The outside was beautiful, honestly my wheels and tires looked so good, it was the first thing I noticed. I will definitely continue to use his service for all my future car detailing needs!

Edmundo did an amazing job on my car! I recommend his services to anyone who wants their car detailed or a basic wash. I got the bronze package (basic) wash and interior vacuum. My car looks cleaner than when it left the dealership! I will 100% be using Edmundo again in the future!
