I had a really great experience with this dealership while buying my first car through a dealership. I’ll be honest — I probably wasn’t the easiest customer since this was my first time going through the whole process. Despite that, everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful the entire time. On top of that, I had these weird, screwes on my license plates that apparently required a special tool… which no one (including me) had. What should’ve been a quick task turned into a whole thing, and I was honestly so embarrassed. But instead of making it awkward, they handled it with humor, patience, and kindness, and made me feel completely at ease.
