JR's Car Wash

Prices are high and the higher value washes don’t seem to do anything more/better than the cheaper options. Theres better options in town.

I was the other person that was there at the same time another lady was at the car wash on the 21st of October an I was charged twice for a total of $28.00 an the car washer never worked.We both talked to a lady who deeply apologized and said she would ensure that we would be refunded due to the problems at the car wash.But to this date the 25th of October nothing as been refunded to our account. Very poor service to take your patrons money and not provide what we paid for. Will not be using that carwash in the future.

I used to love this place, but if I could give it less than one star now, I would. I have lost $28 there. Twice I tried to get a touchless wash for $14, and twice it didn't work, so I paid again and went to the soft touch. There is no phone number there, and the one on their FB page is disconnected. Frankly, I'm disgusted.

I’d typically give 5 stars as this was my go to car wash. I went a week ago & my payment went through but the washes themselves are broken. I called the number ( that is NOWHERE posted online ) & the woman was nice enough & said to wait until a certain day before my refund went through. Well now it’s an entire week past that date & I never got refunded. Their voicemail said you could text , so I did that also several days later after my second phone call was ignored & still nothing. Pretty upsetting. I’d add a star if someone actually calls me & fixes the problem. Needless to say , I will be finding a new wash to make as my go to regardless. Pretty upsetting.

This is the only car wash I will go to. The owner is absolutely wonderful and if you ever have issues he fixes it right away and he is so very kind. The wash always gets my car spotless and it’s super easy to use. I even use his car wash app on my phone and it’s also very simple to use and makes going through the wash even easier if that’s possible.
