My son had reoccurring issues with a tire. J&S found a cracked rim. This was a 2nd hand car for us and the situation wasn’t an easy fix. We worked with Casey… she was super professional, had excellent communication and gave us options. I was very impressed by the overall service provided. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers.

This is the first time going to J&S for service (oil change). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The price was incredibly reasonable! I will definitely return! Merry Christmas, J&S folks!

This place made many thousands of dollars off of me for repairs to my Jeep Wrangler and also to my brothers Volvo for which I paid. They did not carry out the install of a new oil filter housing to my jeep wrangler properly causing the oil and coolant to both leak and mix as well. And they did not carry out proper repairs to my brothers Volvo I had the supercharger replaced and the noise was very loud after. Repairs to their work were going to exceed the value of the Volvo. I told them if the issue right away when I got my jeep back I was losing oil. They wiped everything down and told me to come back so they could see where it was coming from but life happened I was in the hospital and out of work and I did not make it back within the timeframe for the 1 year warranty. They would not work

Had brought my truck in for a Black Friday special first thing in the morning. Not only did they provide transportation to get me back to my house but they also has the vehicle ready by the time I needed to pick it up so I could get to work on time. I’m very pleased I found this shop. They are very accommodating and get the job done.

I’ve gone here multiple times to have my car serviced, and I overlooked a lot of different aspects of how this shop runs, but recently it was glaringly obvious they are not that great. The mechanical service work they do is fantastic, but the customer service is awful. It took three business days to do my exhaust, service representative forgot to order a part needed delaying my work being done because they didn’t read notes from the mechanic which they admitted, they were fooling around trying to pull pranks on other workers, and more focused on conversations about fun outings than anything else. Another service worker was supposed to send me texts about my job. I never got any texts. I had to call the shop about 5 times to know what was going on. Every time they said they would communica
