I recently had a misunderstanding in regards to a service visit and posted my experience on google reviews thinking my business wasn't important. I could not have been more wrong. Within an hour the Service Manager Eric called me asked me to explain and he actually listened to me. He made things right and told me he wanted to maintain my customer relationship. Nucar Toyota will be the only dealership to touch the 4 Toyotas in our household going forward. Thanks Eric!!!!

Went in for a fluids change on my engine. I did the front and rear differential as well as the gearbox. I also had the power steering fluid changed and the pump serviced. The quality of service was below standard to say the least. To start, I did my engine oil with a specific synthetic oil. It’s usually displayed on the window sticker with mileage which one was not even applied. When I got home I also noticed my hood was not closed or safety latched. I had to ask myself if the engine oil was even done?? I checked the dipstick and it appears clean. When I looked around the engine compartment I saw the coolant reservoir was empty, the brake fluid low, and the newly changed power steering fluid was even low. I just purchased a 2020 Rav4 at Tarbox Toyota. First went to their web site to requested a quote for a model I was interested to buy. Received a quick response by email with a very good price. We visited Tarbox the next day on Sunday where they honored the price and gave a very good trade-in on my 2013 Rav4. Finance was easy with a good percentage rate and there was a great selection of coffee while the paperwork was being processed. Personnel were all very knowledgeable as well as attentive to answering all my questions. Salesmen paired my phone to the car with android auto. And I drove off with my new car that same afternoon. I only maintain my vehicle at Toyota but this time I was not impressed. I made an appointment for 8 am and was told it takes 5 hours to do rear shocks and I also needed an oil change and tire rotation which usually don’t take that long so my vehicle should of not taken till 430 to be done . Plus I was aware that I could txt to get updates on my vehicle and Jon told me that they were really busy and that it was taking longer than expected and couldn’t give me a time exact when it would be done which I didn’t understand because I made an appointment for 8 am and I should of waited like everyone else maybe they would of actually taken my vehicle in on time .
