I took my truck for an alignment. They called said i needed new wheel bearings. I told them ok change them. 3 more days go by im like why I haven't received a call saying my truck ready. So I called they say hey we put your number in the system wrong. Your gonna need a new wheel knuckles i instantly got mad how you loose my number dat fast and say I need a new part. So I went up there to check on my vehicle he showed me where my bolt was stripped im like how that happened. Long story short I order new wheel spindal took it up there 2 days later. I get a phone call saying that my new spindal is off a few degrees so he would half to do other side I said ok that's fine. So three days later which is Monday I couldn't wait no more its been two weeks they had my truck so I went up there to check

I have had a great experience with J’s. They took care of every need to have my car at its greatest compatibility. I love the oil change they gave on my car also 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Never again! I've been to this tire shop on 2 separate occasions. Once, back in the year 2023, after getting a set of tires put on my 2015 Jaguar. Service was quick, and I had no issues or concerns. Wrote a good 5 star review before leaving there. If you scroll through my photos you will see my white Jaguar posted with that specific review. So, fast forward, 2 years later. On April 3, 2025, at approximately 9:45am, I arrived at this place because I'd called the day prior asking about tires for my Palisade. I was told that they could get them in 30 to 45 minutes. So I waited outside. As my old tires were removed from my Palisade (all 4 at once), I took a picture of my vehicle hoisted in the air by jacks. My picture was taken at 10:33am.
