I recently needed an engine change, they diagnosed the problem and while they weren't able to find an engine they allowed me to supply a used one and made it work. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car.

DONT USE THIS PLACE!!! I just got my truck back from Johnson Transmission in Newton Grove. They verified that J&S Transmission in Clinton did not assemble the transmission properly. It fails to shift into 4th gear and will require another rebuild. I'm planning to purchase a new transmission online. My truck does not even have 100 miles on it yet. Randy does NOT stand behind his work. Almost 4,000 wasted on transmission that want work! Use johnson's transmission in Newton Grove and not this place!!! They tell you what they will charge before they work on your vehicle. Randy will just hit you with a fat bill after and it still want be right. Randy was informed about the truck being a project. He was informed on everything I was doing to the truck. There is no excuse for only having 3 gea
