I’m filing a suit against them today in small claims. It’s for that reason I cannot give a more detailed description at this time (will update). Let’s just say I do not believe (because he told me he could not recall) I receive accurate service, records of service, or accountability when my car was in their care. I’m coming for parts, labor, filing fees and DAMAGES. Then when I’m done I’m going after whatever governing body or board certified him. If this turns out the way it should given the evidence they should know someone using their accreditation operates like this. As an aside. I’m now scrolling and seeing several posts about parts not replaced (how cliche) and lack of owning up to mistakes. Very nice people!!! They started on my vehicle immediately I spent 2yrs trying repair my vehicle on my own took my vehicle to JTs and they figured out what my issue was and they gave me a decent deal on the repair. If i went anywhere else i definitely wouldve paid alot more.I'd definitely recommend JT's i am happy about how my car is running now.

Solid individual, been bringing my cars and trucks to him for years now!!! Fair prices, quick turnaround. I’ve gotten lift kits , entire front end of my car and truck done, brakes. Anything I throw at him, he handles it. Couldn’t ask for a better mechanic honestly 🤝🏽💯✅

This place was amazing, efficient, and very well trained staff. They got my car in and out with zero issues they were very friendly and thorough with explaining to me what was going on as well as very kind and polite while they were speaking to me I will suggest everybody in the 574 and beyond to come to JT Auto

I had some work done on my '07 Denali my front end went out and Jeremy was able to diagnose it and get me up and running in no time thank you guys
