Edit: they lost the drive line to the rv so it's not drivable now. JT Towing was great to work with. The only company we called that was able to come rescue our 37' rv from the side of the Glenn Hwy. Thanks to that team for showing up and delivering

Had to get my car towed which can be a frustrating stressful experience. That was not my experience with JT towing. They were great! Quickly seamlessly got the car loaded and unloaded. Stephane from dispatch was pleasant and really helpful. My drivers name I can’t remember but he was efficient and quick. Would call them again !

Needed a jump and my roadside assistance had them come out. Was given an eta of 1 hour. No updates. Called dispatch after an hour and they told me “insurance” makes up times. They showed up half an hour past time. Technician was great and kind. Very disappointed with communication and transparency.

Came out to E.River back to Anchorage AK safely even on the coldest day...-15🥶. Very polite, fast, easy to service. Driver was great guy, friendly. Thank you ! Merry Christmas 🎄 Definitely will use in future when needed ❣️

Really awful. Improperly connected my car then rammed through a snow pile bouncing the car so hard it broke off, slammed down and disconnected, spun off and tore the back end off. They told the insurance company they would pay to repair it. That was Dec 26th. Its Jan 6; they refuse to call me back or acknowledge my emails and requests. Stay away! Update: to his credit, since this review, the owner has contacted me and indicated responsibility for the damage and coverage of any costs at a repair shop of my choosing.
