Honestly this is the #1 Shop in town!!! The entire staff is professional and friendly! They have a nice clean waiting room, the bathroom is always tip top shape! They even have complimentary coffee for customers to enjoy while you wait! Got my exhaust redone here on my 00 firebird, and I have to say I have absolutely no complaints! 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND EVERY TIME!

the communication from everyone in the shop is very great, let me know everything they were doing, and what needed to be done to make the vehicle good again! and they’re very very fast!

I have bought new tire sets for a heavy duty truck and had them installed here as well as having a few smaller jobs done, always been the most professional and affordable place around. They have also done friends and our personal camper tires while being quicker and cheaper than anywhere else. They will have my business as long as they’re around.

These guys are great ! I’ve had many issues with other local shops. I’ve yet to have one issue with these guys. (My truck has 232k miles & it seems like it has new issues every other week) They are for sure my new go to mechanics. I never go to the East side of town much anymore & had forgotten about this shop until the issues arose with other shops & started to look around for some place else. I’m so glad I took a chance on J Tire. They are fast & friendly. Very knowledgeable. They are HONEST !! Fair priced compared to most. Turn around time has been impressive. Especially with me waiting in the waiting room on my vehicle. They have already saved me thousands of dollars in work I was told by others that needed done to correct an issue, that actually didn’t & fixed the problem I was having

Since j tire has been reopened now for over a year I have been using these guys for all my automotive stuff. Just recently had issues with my abs pump. They said yes they can replace it but ford will have to program it. So I took it in Aug 4th and got message from ford Aug 5th that the module was bad on my used abs pump I bought off of ebay. Well I went ahead and ordered on. Got home that day and seen my ebay abs pump still in back of truck. Thes thieves took my money and refused to give it back knowing they didn't replace it. That is shady business to me. Please beware of this establishment... ..
