Rite-Way Auto Service Tire Pros

I'd like to start my review by saying that I was treated very fairly and given good recommendations when I brought my car in for a head gasket replacement. They suggested that I replace the motor instead, because I had recently bought the car and didn't know the history of what had been done to the vehicle by the previous owner, who had sold it to the dealership from which I purchased it. The service in recommending and replacing the motor was terrific, and they identified several issues with the motor that they fixed without additional labor charges, which I greatly appreciated. The reason I give my review a 3-star rating is that when I dropped my car off, I was initially told it would be put in the shop at the end of the week. A family member needed an inspection on his motorcycle…..he travels over the road and only had a small window to get it done! Ange in the front office spoke to the team and they worked extra hard to make it happen!! THIS is top shelf customer service and talk about taking care of the customer?? I had taken my heavy duty truck to two other places before here. Rite-way had it diagnosed immediately and fixed the next day. Staff are courteous and caring. And mechanics are KNOWLEDGEABLE. Price was comparable, and transaction was painless. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years and have always had good friendly service. Kevin, Chris, and now Amanda have always been nice and have always quoted me the price and possible extra charges if something else might be found in the process. When I had one problem fixed, the total was less than quoted and when I asked, I was told it took less time than expected so they charged me less. They are always very busy and usually short handed, so you might need to be patient at times. I try to always bring my vehicles here because I know that I can trust them.

Kevin and the guys at Rite Way were awesome! Order our wheels and tires had them mounted and balanced and ready to slap on our Rubicon. We went to eat breakfast, came back and it was ready to roll. Highly recommend!!!!
