Jubilee Los Lunas

Buying a new home in Jubilee met my objective of downsizing to a smaller house without compromising luxury in a community with first-class amenities. I was initially put off by the location but have found that Jubilee is closer to shopping than many newer areas of Albuquerque. Los Lunas is an easier drive from downtown than the East Mountains or Rio Rancho. Driving to the places I visit in Albuquerque takes no more than 15 minutes longer than from my old house on the West Side. The sales people were a pleasure to work with. Because Jubilee's model homes did not align with the floor plans on offer, I purchased my home from a floor plan sketch (not even an architect's rendering) and then worked with the sales staff to customize it. Sadly there are no more new homes being built for the rest of this year according to a brief note left on the office door. Almost no support staff for current residents living in Jubilee. Plenty of resale homes available for sale from people wanting to bail out quickly. What a wonderful place this was previoiusly. Not now. You have been warned.

Jubilee Homes is the perfect place to live if you're over 55, and are looking to meet great folks. From first meeting the sales staff, to the enjoyment of all of the amenities once you are moved in. The above and beyond quality of construction that goes into each and every home!!! You feel like your home is being custom built, without the custom built price!!!!!

My wife and I have been living at Jubilee for over 4 years. We have enjoyed the many friends we have met, the serene sunsets, the hikes up the El Cerro hill and the quietness and serenity of the community. We could not have asked for a better place to live than Jubilee, we love the closeness to shopping, the freeway nearby and the quick drive to the International Airport. Thumbs up Jubilee!!!

After looking at most of the “bad” reviews I’m thinking people are confused at the difference between the builder Jubilee Homes and the HOA. This has always been a top of the line builder. In my experience there no match for quality, No other builder in Los Lunas comes close. I also love that there is a realtor on staff. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion but it seems to me having lived here some time now that some folks choose to involve themselves in the negative. I think the majority of us enjoy ourselves to the fullest!
