Juke Auto

Not good a experience at all. My daughter and I scheduled appointments at 8am one morning to enhance the health of our vehicles and evaluate them for possible repairs. They had us sign documents when we checked in indicating we would be charged up to $198 for the assessments. Odd. Hours later we got the assessment for thousands of dollars worth of repairs for my daughter's car. They didn't get to mine. Even with a morning appointment they were too busy to prioritize it. I pulled our cars from the cue and when we arrived sure enough they charged $198 to fix nothing on her car. We went on with our day and by the evening her car that was running fine prior to checking into Juke Auto was dead in a parking lot. We had it towed to a friend's trusted mechanic and $718 and a day later it was back

Super friendly and accommodating! They did great work and let me know all that needed to be done to my vehicle to keep it safe yet no pressure to get anything but what I selected done! Outstanding customer service! I feel fortunate to have found this business in my time of need! Highly recommended!!!

Wont do phone estimates. Estimates are just that, estimates, not set in stone. I love to know a starting point of how much money I can expect to pay as I budget in my everyday life. I understand cost can change when working on a car but I've had my car checked twice by other mechanics, so I already know whats wrong. From my experience, when shops act weird and shut off about estimates, my antennas go up. But I found another shop during my research, so its all good. And judging from all the bad reviews that are stating the exact same thing I suspected, looks like I'm right in my assessment lol. Just a friendly heads up for others on what to expect.

My experience at Juke Auto Was really transparent, quick, and effective. I felt from my initial call to swiping my card that I was taken care of in a fair and high-quality way. Forest was my technician, and he was really knowledgeable, laid out all of the options at hand for me and made me feel really comfortable through the experience.

I've taken all my vehicles to juke for years now. The service is always prompt, efficient and courteous. It's a good no BS shop. They explain any issues, and most importantly, they tell you what can wait and what can't. They've never steered me wrong in 15 years.
