Just had my 2004 Mitsubishi Fuso serviced by the friendly guys at Jukonski. My disc brake warning light came on, so I was expecting a potentially high repair bill, but Joe the manager went out of his way to research past repairs and then perform diagnostics to determine only the work that needed to be done. There was no upselling or trying to get me to do extra work. I also had them install 4 new rear tires, and they were competitively priced compared to other estimates I had gotten. They even replaced my worn out mudflaps with new ones for free. The week before, I also had to purchase a part for the vacuum system and Karl and Chris in parts were helpful and friendly. I was really happy with my experiences there, and I won't hesitate to go there again when I need service and parts.

The service team was simply outstanding! Despite other shops having weeks-long wait times, they diagnosed and fixed my box truck issue on the same day. Their explanation of the problem was super helpful, and the quality of their workmanship and customer service exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a very expensive truck with a "do it yourself" repair mentality. Then please go to Jukonski. The experience I had here was a total nightmare. We placed a deposit on a truck ($65000) which was touted to be completely serviced. In fact, the salesman said that all of their trucks are completely serviced before leaving the lot and assured us that there would be no issues because they have been in business for 30+ years. We placed the deposit and felt good about the transaction at that point. Boy did things take a turn for the worse. It was fighting tooth and nail every step of the way. Recently purchased a used box truck from Jukonski and had a great experience. My salesman Jim Houle was ontop of everything and was a true professional. He made sure the truck was fully serviced before I took possession, and registered and plated it for us. This is my 4th truck, all from different dealers, and the service here was the best by far.
