If you absolutely have to deal with this guy I'd record calls and ALL conversations with him. He says one thing over the phone then it's way different when the work is already finished. Just look at the other reviews. Convict like business attitude here

If I could have rated 0 stars I would have. Bad customer service. I called here for a price for new tires. Was quoted $60 a tire plus $20 for install. Upon checking out he charged me $80 a tire plus $20 install. I brought it to his attention and he said no I didn't say that. I said sure you did, that's why I asked about 4 of them at that price when I first arrived. He gos on and on saying he didn't quote that price. He says if I said $80 that was a round about price. WTH. $20 different per tire is not around about price. I told him if I knew it was going to be over $100 a tire I would have shopped around for compact tires. If I had time I would have had him take them off. That's damn near what I paid to put new tires on my truck. Bad busy practice leads to no business at all. I would not

Quoted me $100 for 2 tires, and I asked him if it would be all done for $100, he said yes and walked off to start the work. Later when it came time to pay, he charged me $151 and said he needed to charge for install, disposal, tax, etc. Bad and shady business practices.

Guy is nice to talk (in person) to but when I told him my boss gave me $40 for the tire balancing he said ok. I told him I needed the receipt for the boss man, he went and got one, told me $3 for the receipt, told him I'd use my card for the $3, he said it'll be $5 with a card. Jesus Christ 🤦 Who taught this guy how to run a business? He no comprende business! He must not like having customers. When I worked at Mario's we NEVER did shady things like this. I guess that's why we were voted #1 in Wichita and not this guy!

Very nice man, very knowledgeable about what he's doing. And very polite, I recommend him new tires or used tires.
