Simply not an option for auto repair. I'll try to give a short version of my most recent negative experience. I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start after I had replaced the batteries and checked and cleaned the battery cables and terminals. They didnt listen to anything I told them and called me after the car had sat for and afternoon and morning, to tell me the brand new battery from Costco was bad and they They could replace it for $500. I explained the situation and they looked at the car again and told me it was a battery cable they clamped and that my car was fine. When I came to pick it up, the tech was initially unable to get it started. They eventually got it started and I left with the check engine light on and the issued unresolved.
