From Sales (Rhett Butler) to Service, (Gabe), I cannot recommend this dealership enough. We needed a second vehicle as a daily driver to and from work, and purchased a gently used 2015 Mercedes Benz (not their brand, they sell BMW and Ford new). The vehicle was due for a transmission flush and filter change. This would have cost us $702 at the Mercedes Dealership. Because this was not disclosed when we purchased (I'm sure it was a mistake or the maintenance light on the dash was not seen), I contacted the dealership and took care of this at no cost to us. Seriously, this is a used vehicle, we knew this going into it, but didn't expect to have an issue right off the lot. The key here is they took full ownership and paid to have the transmission flushed and filter changed at the dealer

Service was great, especially Brian. He was friendly and took great care of us. We had broken down and was towed in. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and fixed the problem. The car is now running great. Highly recommend.
