My mom lived in this community for about 16 years and loved it! She liked how close she was to everything. If you’re looking for a place to call home I highly recommend Juniper Sands.
Ideally located, a hidden gem among the active places around it, very nice!
Nice and quiet. One side is on a busy road... The noise from traffic is bad. But inside your house not so bad. They have a monthly potluck... Or used to before before the virus. Good place for seniors who want to live in St Augustine and want the security of neighbors.
Great community and just minutes from the beach and downtown St Augustine. Ernie is a great community manager.
Great place to live. Lots to do near by.
