Juniper Village at South Hills

I found Juniper for my mother in a very dark time. They were a lighthouse in a bad storm. I commend Justin and Tyler for their kindness, and the staff for their caring and kindness. In the time my mother was there she loved the food, thoughtthe PT people were great and bonded with several of the nurses. I am also grateful for their ties to Commonwealth Hospice. They are a small place which can mean some slow times when it comes to things to do on the weekend but the community seems acive all the same.

We toured every community in the area when we found we needed to move Mom into a community. Once we made the decision on Juniper Justin and Tyler eased our worries and made our move with Mom seamless. Mom is doing great, making friends and we wish we would have done the move sooner.

We chose Juniper Village at South Hills for our dad when we couldn’t care for him at home. It was a great decision. Everyone at the facility, from nurses and aides to maintenance and housekeeping, was wonderful. The entire building was spotless, beautifully furnished and welcoming. Our dad loved the care and attention he received from the staff. We spent a lot of time with him at Juniper and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was in an excellent facility when we weren't there.

I moved my Aunt into Juniper Village at South Hills six months ago. The staff is always attentive and always has time for our family. My Aunt is like a new person with all the activities going on. She has made so many friends we couldn’t be happier. She has truly blossomed living here.

My aunt spent the last year of her life at Juniper in the South Hills. She was very happy there and we were thrilled with the friendliness of the entire staff as well as the care that she received. The team was approachable, helpful and always there to answer questions or offer input when/as needed.
