Apologies for a negative comment that appears on Google Map from my account, the truth is that I have nothing bad to say about Just 4 Wheels, my rating will always be positive and the service from Sol is excellent, the cars are of high quality, recommended.

Renting the car itself was easy but the customer service really sucked big time. They are mean and condescending. The lady in the front pretending to be a manager gave me big attitude just for asking simple questions. She got all defensive and huffed and puffed when asked about even smallest thing. Bring on a front desk one will expect to give answers to the customers queries and concerns but she was just wanted to get it done and been bothered. I am hoping the owner or the higher look into this matter and give her some feedback about how and what customer service is.

I rented a Toyota mini van for a day trip which was the smoothest ride driving the van was great best experience. I rented the same one but Bran New another great experience. The woman at the front desk when you open the front door that desk she Very nice woman she took her time and explained all my questions there were no problems I didn't have to wait it was simple and Hassel free to Rent from here I highly recommend Renting from here.
