10/10 mechanic. Fast, straightforward, and efficient. Charged me a fair price for the work done & didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. One of the techs even helped me install my sun visor after the fact, thank you sir. I highly recommend this shop for their quick and professional service.

I live 2 1/2 hours away so when my CEL came on I panicked. I work at an auto shop back home so I was praying it wasn’t anything serious. I was told about this shop by a family member so I went right over. Mike greeted me so kindly and helped me out so much. He had his guys scan my car for any codes and they were able to set my mind at ease. Highly recommend this place!!!

We set off for the long drive home from New Jersey to Massachusetts and heard a noise coming from underneath the truck. Not sure what we were dealing with we pulled over to find a broken exhaust pipe. We drove to Mainland after googling the closest garage. They were amazing in every way! We waited in their comfortable waiting room while they assured us they would get us safely on the road soon. They juggled their busy schedule to accommodate us! About an hour and a half later we were back on the road with a new exhaust pipe safely and professionally installed. Cost was very reasonable as well!

Service here sucks. Called on a Tuesday, needed my car to be towed to them for diagnosis and repair, and was told to bring it on over. I informed them that the battery was not secured, and got it towed there by a third party, and recieved a call back from Mainland on Friday, informing me that the starter needed to be replaced. I was told this would be around $700. My car is old with high milage, so I asked for them to thoroughly inspect the rest of the car to make sure it had no other issues, before I spent that kind of money. Mike told me that he could "drive it around a little" after he replaced the starter. The next Tuesday, the car was ready. I picked it up and ended up paying them $840. Mike is amazing! I had my son’s car towed here and didnt realize they were closed for the week for vacation! I sent en email to the business and within minutes, I received a response. Mike was so kind, he took time out of his own personal vacation to meet us at the shop. When we arrived… Mike had already fixed the tire. Now that is stellar customer service!! Thank you, Mike! 😃
