They took care of replacing my rear tires, installation, balancing, alignment, and clearly explained the road hazard protection—no pressure, just solid information. The work was completed promptly, pricing was fair, and everything was handled exactly as promised. Special thanks to Anthony Bell for outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I punctured my tire, but I bought roadside insurance when I bought it. It was the best option. I took it in yesterday and they replaced it with a new one. I only paid $69 for the tire. Thank you very much. For the speed of yesterday. I hope they continue to improve.

I love taking my vehicles to be serviced no matter how small or big. The Customer Service Team (Team) is very professional, patient, attentive and very informative. When you walk through the door the Team is always ready to assist and I love that you are assigned to someone on the Team to assist in explaining the process of getting the job done! My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we've never had a bad experience. Had a nail puncture this morning and brought the car in without an appointment. We were greeted immediately in a friendly but professional way. We did end up needing a new tire, but he explained why clearly. When I asked the cost of a full set of tires, he said "ma'am, I could not in good conscious recommend that without telling you that your tires are in pristine condition and do not need to be replaced. I will of course put them on if you want them, but I have to be. honest with you." Tire was replaced quickly and well and at slightly below the quoted price. We'll be back!
