Gary! Gary!Gary is the best man you can ask for. If you are young, he treats you as he will be his child. Yes, he is there to make money, but he understands that he is not selling you a rock but something that you will make money off of. Everyone's experience might not be the same, but mine was awesome. Got my vehicle regardless of the obstacles we faced, but he made it possible. Ask Gary, and he will take good care of you.
Awesome ASAP Check-in Service, Edgar the service manager got the truck in quickly very very limited service techs due to inclement weather. They diagnosed the truck and fixed it in a timely manner so the driver could make the delivery on-time many states away! Also huge shout out and kudos to Johnny, the parts manager, he is very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Definitely Recommend this shop!
They turned their parts department phones off on Saturday morning, don’t like the customers? No problem, we have a lot of vendors to choose from
Very slow had me waiting in line with 2 people behind the counter doing who knows what instead of taking costumers
With that many shops in the area left a truck for 7 days and a diagnostic 628.14 for absolutely nothing is a robbery in plain day
