JX Truck Center - Green Bay

I bought a 2023 kenworth now the sales guy was awsome but unfortunately 30 miles from there shop broke down 185k mile truck had to fighg tooth and nail to get batteries they where dead first time cut truck off end up being other issues but lost 4 days the first 4 days with truck the espar heater didnt work they refused to fix it now 4,000 miles later dpf filter are clogged so obviously they dont do there check well oh gave me a passed dot inspection with no triangles no big deal but just gives you a fair idea how they check there used trucks this would of been different 30 k miles later but 4k miles this filter was in this shape when i left with truck

I really love to JX Truck Center to pick up parts my dad runs a trucking business and buys Peterbilts from there and whenever I go get the parts the guys are so phenomenal it’s awesome as it is highly recommended.

These guys were friendly and understood being broke down. Nicole at the front desk knows her stuff and can carry on a very pleasant conversation. Jacob, the mechanic, was outstanding! He came over to where I was broke down, antifreeze leak, and determined what needed to be done. Fortunately, I was able to drive the 3/4 miles to the business. They got me in a door right away and fixed the problem, gave the engine a good wash then did a pressure check to make sure all was good. Nice drivers lounge to wait in. I highly recommend this business for any repairs on your truck you may need.
