Ari was upbeat, listened well and did a wonderful job showing me around. She answered all sorts of questions. I was also impressed when she saw renters and was friendly and knew them by name. She made Nicolet highlands feel like a true community.
Our visit to Nicolet Highlands was great! In fact, it was so good that we filled out an application the same day. Debbie took us on the tour, and she did a fantastic job of answering every one of our questions and helping us through the application process. We met several residents of the Highlands and they, too, were friendly and very welcoming. The apartment we toured, and will live in as of the end of September, was the perfect sized place for us. Some other amenities included at Nicolet Highlands are underground parking and elevators. The grounds are beautiful and everything about the place is absolutely clean and well cared for. We can't wait to move in!
The new mailbox key works great 😊 The patio screen door is like brand new with the 4 new rollers. 👍🏼
A big thank you to Joe for installing my shower rod and new shower head. Also appreciate the promptness of service.
