K-ceps Service Center - Johnstown

We were traveling to Johnstown to visit family. When we arrived We noticed that the deflecting panel underneath the engine was hanging just a few inches above the street. It was evening so I checked for service stations and found K-ceps nearby. I left a message to see if I could get an appointment the next morning. When I got there at 8:00, the service manager met me in the parking lot. He looked at the car and saw the deflector he said he had read the message and made some space in the morning schedule. By 10:00 the car was fixed. The job was not a major task, but it was sure a relief to have it fixed so quickly. He handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. Took my car in as my back bumper had come off after being backed into. Kevin helped and gave me a quote and glued it back together and was very honest in his assessment. Friendly work environment and a great experience. Mechanics who you can trust aren’t always easy to find, I would definitely recommend k-ceps.

Typical body shop jacking up the prices and doing unnecessary work when it's ran through insurance. I've always taken my cars to their service center and had nothing but good experiences, so I decided to use the body shop when a had some minor damage to my bumper. It took a month to get an appointment to bring my my car in. I was told it would be done within a week so I got a rental (out of pocket). When I called to get an update early on the guy I spoke to went on and on about how everyone was out of the office and they were having trouble finding coverage. Yes.. that's exactly what a customer hoping for quick repairs wants to hear. Then they wanted to go back and forth with my insurance company about this and that. They added frivolous work to the list of repairs that I ended up paying f
