Im going to start off by saying I would never try and tarnish a small business, but smittys has no business touching your vehicle. My 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee was dropped off with very minimal body damage from hitting a deer. After having my car for 30 days my wife went and picked it up. After getting home from work I looked it over to make sure everything was ok, I couldn’t believe how poor the work was. The first thing I noticed was the orange peel, it is horrendous taking all of the gloss out of the paint. After further review I found damage on the passenger fender from where the dropped the hood on the fender, and then painted and cleared over the chip without repairing it. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. He’s very easy to work with. There is a bit of a trade off. As the old saying goes, “you can have it done fast, done cheap, or done well, choose two out of the three.” The work was done very well at a very reasonable price. A “high end” shop might have turned it around in maybe 3-5 days, but it would have cost me easily twice as much. Over all, I’m am very satisfied!

I think it's disrespectful that they play with people's time. I brought two small parts to paint and they didn't do it. He returned them to me and told me to bring them another time.????

Have had the opportunity to use this body shop several times with excellent results. First time about 8 months ago for a new grill/bumper on a 1998 S10. Matched paint etc. perfect. Then about a month ago I noticed the rest wheel wells in the same truck had rust and bubbling of the paint. He cut out the rusting section and welded new metal and repainted, matching perfect
