K & G Tires & Accessories

My 78 years old mother went to K&G tires and bought 4 new tires. 1 year later, about 3000 miles later, all four tires had wires sticking out of them. Tires were still under warranty, but K&G would not honor the warranty, told her it was her fault. Told her she should have rotated them. I have or dont know anyone who rotates there tires on less that 4 or 5000 miles. They sold her poor quality tires, or just bad tires. She feel taken advantage of because she is 78 year old woman. That sort of treatment never happened when my dad was alive and took care of tire buying. This issue is not over yet. We are talking to someone about getting it resolved. I would not recommend doing business with this company,

This place would usually get 5 stars from me but I recently had my breaks rotors and tires done and my tire wasn't sealed the wrong tire was done and my lugnut was barely on it was a simple rushed job I don't even trust the brakes now

Not good tires. Don’t even come with a warranty and bad in less than a year! One tire was completely shredded, replaced it, and another was instantly tearing. Having to replace all tires, but choosing a place that is more affordable and comes with a warranty!

In January they were super nice. Got my tires in quick. A couple of days later I noticed one of my hubs missing. I went back and again super nice and said he would order one. I never received any calls saying it was in. I don't think he ordered because when i cleaned out my vehicle I found it buried. They had forgot to put it on and threw it in the back of my vehicle. I took the hub in to get it put on and this time it was a really young guy. I explained everything and asked if they could redo another wheel because the hub is loose. I said maybe a loose lugnut? He starts in on me. If a lugnut was loose you wouldn't make it to the stop sign. I said yes I would with one or two loose. But he cut me off and said pull it in the bay. They fixed the hubs. Last week I went back to ask for a pat
