Im very disappointed. The sales person, John, was completely misleading. I trusted his word. I was told the 2014 Tacoma I purchased ran and drove perfectly. The tires were completely bald. Right away I put 1000.00 in tires. Ball joints, struts and allignment. Another 1600.00. How could this vehicle drive perfect. Steer clear. Don't be mislead. Front brakes pads are completely gone. I was sold a vehicle that was not even safe to be on the road. Yet, I was told by John. The salesman this vehicle drove perfect.

I purchased my 2006 Infiniti G35X with 200,000 miles and have driven it reliably for the past five years, now reaching 300,000 miles. The vehicle has exceeded expectations in performance and dependability. K&L was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and I’m confident this car will continue to serve me well for years to come.

Purchased a 2012 Yukon Denali from them back in December just before Xmas. First week having it, the starter died. By March, the transmission blew and had to be replaced. Still have to get the motor serviced. And now I have to replace the rear brakes after having this POS for just 5 months. I've already spent more money than I agreed to pay for the truck just trying to keep it running and paying for rentals when it isn't. Literally go anywhere else. Don't waste your time or money. The fact that I'm paying a car note and insurance for a vehicle that's a literal POS. I'm a single mom that just was in a messed up situation and needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work. And now I'll probably end up in some kind of debt trying to get this SUV in safe driving order.

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from K&L I give them a 5/5 based on my experience. My father and I went in to look at a truck they had listed (which was very fairly priced). Jon and the owner (forgetting his name rt now) were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and being straight forth with repairs they had done on the truck. They were even kind enough to print us off other carfaxs free of charge for other trucks we were considering getting. Not pushy, no salesman type vibes, could tell they had been around for 20+ yrs for a reason. Seemed like a very honest operation. If I hadn't ended up finding the truck I did I would of highly considered purchasing the one they had.
