K-Man Glass

These guys are great. I was in a bind at work with glass issues. I spoke with Dennis over the phone and explained my situation. He immediately helped and got my new window installed in a frame in 1 day with matching tiny for a great price. Would definetly use these guys again. Very nice showroom as well.

I called them and request them a quote for window glass replacement and the 1st day they told me to send the guy out for a quote and when next morning I called them for follow up they told they could not do it and will send out the guy today and again I called next day and the told me the guy who was working on this quote is off and be back on Monday (after 3 days) and they will call him and get back to me on the quote which they never did. They wasted my full 3 days.. not sure if job is too small for them or they do not care their customer time...As far my experience wiht them they do not have a value of their customer time. Please K-Man do not do the same with other people. I think sometimes people forget that everyone's time is valuable. Thanks!
