I took my wife’s Jeep down to get inspected today and they came out and told me that it would need wiper blades for $75. Needless to say I was an inspection mechanic for my whole life. Of course I got really loud and I shouldn’t have and then I asked to see it. I went out and there’s nothing wrong with it. They say it left streaks at the top so they let it go and I passed inspection, but I went outside and tried them twice and there’s nothing wrong with them. Who are you supposed to trust?

I have a Dodge Challenger with a shaker hood. Took the car there for service last December. Service was quick and everything seemed fine. Not long after, I put the car away for winter. In the spring, I checked under the hood to make sure no critters had made a home. I found that when changing the oil, they pulled the dipstick. When putting the shaker scoop back on, they sandwiched the dipstick under the scoop. I called to complain. They said thanks and never followed up. Recently, I tried them again. This time, everything under the hood looked fine. However, they left greasy hand prints on both front fenders, hood, and door. Had an amazing experience buying a pre owned truck out of state with Matt Shetler at this dealership. I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and located one at the dealer.
