I had taken my car in a week ago for an estimate on the driver side door that was involved in an accident. Received an estimate, delivered my car for the replacement for the door shell only. Naomi brought me home and picked me up at my house the following day and my car looked like it was brand new. I became emotional and started crying with joy. I met with this gracious gentleman, who had performed all that work and devotion. He even detailed my car inside and out. I walked into his boss's office and highly recommend that this beautiful man, Rafael, who had repaired my car to get a raise, which his manager said he already had done so. The customer service was great. They went over and above to keep me informed on everything they were doing. They cleaned my car before returning it. I felt like it was a brand new car.

I took my vehicle in for collision repair with damage to the left fender and front end, the bumper was hanging off, the grill, headlights and alignment was damaged in the loss. I received sms messages updating me as to expected completion and I was pleasantly surprised when told it was complete several days earlier than stated, unfortunately, when I got there I saw the reason it was completed fast, it’s because they did less than the minimum. They replaced the fender, the bumper and one of the headlights leaving the damaged grill hastily glued in place, the other headlight left on the vehicle, they did not match up the paint on the side where the fender was damaged and did not fix the alignment or cause of the check engine light. As the daughter of the customer, I feel compelled to leave this review due to the extremely unprofessional treatment my mother received at Kaizen Collision Center. An employee named Naomi spoke to her in an aggressive, rude, and completely disrespectful manner, demanding information in a hostile and intimidating tone that was entirely unacceptable. On top of the poor attitude, the quality of the work was unacceptable. While the exterior of the vehicle appeared clean, the interior was left filthy, with glue residue, paper, and tape left in the trunk. Additionally, doors were replaced without my mother’s authorization. After already dealing with the stress of an accident, the last thing a customer should experience is disrespect and careless work. Took my car there because that is where the insurance of the guy who hit me sent me. The repair took a long time, and while it was adequate, they broke unrelated parts in my car. Took my car to have a fender replaced and they broke my shift boot and my dash cam. Very little responsibility taken. People are nice enough but service is not good.
