Kaizen Collision Center - Scottsdale

Less than one star work. I know it has been months since my car, Infinity Q50 has been repaired by Kaizen, but I would never let this outfit work on my cars again. Sadly recommended by two reputable insurances paid for the repair $$$$. Terrible work ! Had to take the he car back multiple times to fix things and still not right. Wires hanging, rear lights loose not working, Break lights not working, trunk falling parts, inside car major noises with broken parts in back due to removing back seat just unacceptable poor workmanship. Spent thousands of dollars for poor repair. I question the adjuster why spent so much money and they never cared to see the work performed. Avoid this place ! last visit, Their answer for the noises is to take to the infinity dealer! Delivered the car filthy dirty.

I highly recommend getting auto body work done at Kaizen! I had a small fender bender leaving my car slightly damaged on the hood and my front bumper. Kaizen replaced everything and went the extra mile. I had a bad paint chip on my driver’s side door and they repaired that when my car was in for paint. Not only did they do that, they fully buffed and I think waxed my car so I have no more swirls and rain is bedding off. Thank you Kaizen for taking care of my car with excellency! The work on the vehicle turned out perfect, they did the minimal amount of work for maximum results. Worked closely and quickly with my insurance company and kept me updated every step along the way. Finished the job right on time...actually a day before!

My experience was flawless from beginning to end. Kira handled everything perfectly!!! I was extremely stressed over an accident that wasn’t my fault yet the other driver wasn’t charged. She was very patient and understanding, which I greatly appreciated.

The intake person was incapable of understanding that I had two repairs to address; 1.) a insurance-paid repair, and 2.) a paint issue. Then she gave me an estimate that was 5-6x the estimate that I was given by other shops based on actually reviewing photos of the damaged area. When I told her this, she told me to go to those shops. So I take from this experience that they are unable to understand directions and charge way more than other reputable shops, and are rude!
