Kalispell Point S Tire

I've been going to this tire shop for many years now, and I am always blown away by their kindness. They are always able to help me out with various issues like flats and breaks, and their prices are very reasonable. The tires they recommend I run are great and seem to last and last. I will continue to use them for all of my tire/brake needs for as long as I can.

Best service I've ever had at a tire shop. In and out, in 15 mins. Got all 4 tires rebalanced. $60

Superb! They repaired the tire of our rental car for free when they heared our story and advised us to get an other car with safe tires instead of driving this one with unsafe tires. How friendly and caring! We were really pleasantly surprised. Thank you once again!

So we got a flat while driving around Glacier, got the tire to Point S at 8a and we were back on the road at 9a. We were from out of town so we were worried about delays and being overcharged. None of these things happened, staff was friendly and quick.

Cheap tires but horrible customer service. 5 vehicles in the lot and was told 3 hour wait. When I came back with a ride I was treated poorly. I felt like he was annoyed that he had another vehicle with 4 hours left in his day. I asked about tires for my Subaru and they didn’t know if they would have them in. They didn’t even try to ask me the model of the outback. The front desk guy is ruining this business. Hopefully they find someone a little more friendly to work the front and deal with scheduling and tire questions. Otherwise I’ll pay more to go to a company far more professional like Les Schwab. Thank you for sharing your public comment like you care….. I did call upset. You know i did! And you basically treated me the same as your front desk guy. I hope you have a great day.
