⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Kallstrom Automotive Services. They were thorough, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. Their attention to detail helped catch potential issues early, saving us future service trips and money. My husband and I had been going to Altra muffler and break since 2015. When Joe took over we were so happy to continue to have a place that we trusted. He provided the same care that we had been getting so we kept kallstrom as our place. Joe and his crew always take the best care of my husband and I. We love Kallstrom Automotive. Of course, I am a tad biased since we went to school with Joe, but I would not go anywhere else for service. I called on a Monday and was in for service by Wednesday. Efficient and very kind and a courtesy call to let you know how things are going during the service. His service writer called and double checked on prices or services on both of the vehicles we brought in. Nice to know what we were paying before going in and picking up the car.

Lived in the neighborhood for about a year and a half, I've had my car in twice, once for a flat tire and now for a wheel bearings. I told the guys what I'd noticed and they confirmed my issue and pinpointed it immediately. I asked for both bearings and they were knowledgeable and honest enough to let me know i only needed one rear and not both front. Thanks guys, saved me a handful of money that other shops would love to jump on. I trust my car in your care and that says something coming from my background and experience with mechanics!

I'm by far an expert on car repair but the mechanics at Kallstrom answered my questions with their honest opinion and put my mind at ease. The work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. I've been to other repair shops including dealerships and Kallstrom is the only shop that gives me peace of mind and a sense of NOT being ripped off. I will keep coming back!
