I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Dmitriy Skrynnik. My 2019 BMW X5 was brought in for an insurance-authorized repair to replace the lower control arm. Not only did he fail to perform the repair, but he also charged my insurance company as if the work had been completed. This is an outrageous breach of trust and a blatant misuse of insurance funds. I expect honesty and integrity from any repair professional, and this experience was the complete opposite. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

My bumper was damaged, and I went to Metro Collision Center - and I’m so glad I did! They fixed everything quickly, the paint matched perfectly, and my car looks brand new. They finished even earlier than expected, and everything was super clean. The staff was really nice and helpful, explained everything clearly. Metro Collision Center does amazing work and gets it done fast without breaking the bank. They brought my 350Z’s roof back from the dead—even with all the rust holes, I didn’t think it could be fixed, but they made it happen. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat, 10/10!

I usually don’t write reviews, but these guys are incredible for what they’ve done. When my car got rear-ended, they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. From assessing the damage to giving me a timeline for repairs, they were on it. They even provided a rental car during the repairing period. The repair was done quicker than I expected, but you could still tell they took their time to do it right. What I loved most was that they handled all the nitty-gritty stuff with the insurance company. All I had to do was file the claim and they took care of the rest. It made a stressful situation a whole lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!
