Truly exceptional customer experience! These guys are awesome! Matt in service was a pleasure to deal with and had excellent communication. They kept to their original timeline and completed a big job very quickly. Highly recommend Kapp Auto for all your vehicle service needs.
I drove 35 miles to use Kapp since I have had issues with closer shops. They were straightforward and did what they said they would. Reasonable pricing and explained everything. Top tier above others and affordable.
Took both of our cars in Saturday an hour before they closed( I didn't know) for an oil change, new filter, and tires balanced and rotated. They stayed late to get them both done. I also like the text they send regarding what your car needs.
We own Zoomin Groomin a mobile pet spa business. We cannot express our gratitude enough to KAPP for the service they provide. As a business, if our wheels aren't spinning, we are not winning. KAPP has rescued us on numerous occasions & kept us moving. Great staff & service, highly recommend KAPP. They have also done an awesome job on our personal vehicles.
Very impressed by the work on my car. It’s running better than ever. Customer service was excellent as well. I would definitely refer Capp Auto to friends and family.
