Velocity Car Wash

This is THE BEST car wash! We’ve tried a Tagg n Go membership, and we just weren’t crazy happy with it, so we switched to Velocity. My car always comes out clean, the towel bins are never empty, and they always give me a dash wipe and air freshener. And honestly the customer service is a big part of what I love about velocity compared to other car washes. Every employee I’ve met there has been an absolute delight, and the manager is wonderful as well. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Terrible car wash, my car came out still filthy. It was like it got sprinkled with a little water/ soap and then wiped down with a towel. I had to go over it 4 times with a towel and I still feel it's not clean. I couldn't spent less money and time hand washing it home and it turn out better.

I am so picky about how clean my car is. I don't do monthly passes at car washes because they haven't wow'd me. Velocity has. I've been with them close to two years now. The staff at both Clinton & the one on Antelope Drive are the best. They're all always so nice & they always greet you with a smile. I got a new car a few months ago & of course something is going to happen. I went through the wash in Clinton & when I started drying my car, I noticed I had damage from the wash. I reported it to the staff. They were so nice, documented everything, & took pictures. I honestly thought they would tell me they weren't liable & weren't going to fix it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. It sucks! I just went there and you see this!? It doesn't look washed at all! What did we pay for? Biggest waste of money. If you ever decide to get a car wash, don't go here. Very unhappy with this.

Velocity Car Wash in Clinton is hands-down the best car wash in the area—and I've tried them all before settling on a Velocity membership. The quality of the wash tunnel equipment is leagues above the rest, but what truly sets this location apart is the people. Every time I visit (which is often), I'm greeted with upbeat and helpful employees who go the extra mile. I want to give a special shoutout to McCoy Bourne, who consistently stands out with his incredibly positive attitude and attention to detail. He makes sure I’m fully taken care of every single time, and it's clear he takes pride in providing a top-tier experience. There’s also a manager who’s always upbeat and very helpful, though I haven’t caught his name yet—I’ll update this when I do, because he deserves the recognition too
