I’m not happy with this shop at all no communication whatsoever with customers. I dropped my vehicle off to have them check the transmission which they put in it. And instead of calling me and saying I don’t think the transmission is the problem. I think it’s this should we continue looking at it? I called them at 4:52 and asked them if they had any answers yet since I am a single mother of 3 and this is my only vehicle. With that said never once did I get a call from them. She said let’s try this part if it doesn’t work we can take it back off and send it back. WTH? So let’s throw parts at it until the warranty expires
