It kind of upsets me to have to write this, but I’m really disappointed! I had a large screw in my tire that no tire store I went to today would patch, so I resigned myself to a new set of tires because it’s time. I walked into Crapp’s this evening about 4:30 with the intention of purchasing 4 tires. Three people at the desk, 2 didn’t even acknowledged my existence and the other person who did actually speak never looked up from what he was doing to talk to me! But he was able to have a full conversation with what I assume to be a friend of his that came in while he was kind of helping me. I told him I had a screw in my tire and thought I needed a tire. Rather than ask me questions, he sent someone out to plug a tire that no other shop would. Never told me what they were going to

Shout to Mr. Crapps, Dustin and the team. I'm away in Wisconsin on Army Reserve duty and teen daughter had a nasty flat. Usually ole dad is home to address such things, but Kelly went by and explained. Dustin, who is always busy, put the team right on it. They fixed up her car in no time, and with no more worries. The tires I wanted were not in stock so they had to order them. The tires were installed and my truck ready for pickup by noon the next day. They are quick, fair price, and pleasant to do business with. I've already recommended them to several other people looking to buy tires.

These people are great, got our tires and hopefully on the road again today. Highly recommend this place!!
