Manager Tim was so helpful and professional. Started to notice a small noise when braking. Tim and his team were able to diagnose the issue as low brake pads, and they were able to get me in and out same day. Not to mention that it was nice that they currently have a deal going for $170 off. Definitely recommend going to see these guys for any of your needs.

Chad Tharpe is the kindest person. A gentleman in every way possible. I had some work done he wouldn't over and beyond to see me helped and made sure I had all knowledge about my car. He saved me money. His work ethic is impeccable. I'm very smitten with his character of love and respect for a fellow human being. He deserves a raise to the very top. Such a giving person. He made the hours that I had to be at the shop most pleasant. I will definitely do business with Mavis due to him and the way he conducted business. Glad to have a place I can trust to help me when I'm in need of a car tune up, or a fix. They also have a play area for my kids so we could chill while things were being done to the car. Best place in town to get your car serviced. Tyquan and Craig showed exceptional customer service and helped me figure out the best way to take care of my car without breaking my pockets too. They had good attitudes and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Helping people like me goes a long way because I know nothing about car service. I hope that when I need future service they are still employed there so I can receive their amazing customer service again.
