The car offered by this dealer was in great condition and seemed top notch. However, the owner was least interested in offering a test drive of the car when i asked for it and he always kept asking for how would i be paying for it before taking out on test drive. He seemed quite rude later and told me he no longer was interested in selling the car just because when i asked on why would they not accept a credit card . He seemed really nice at first until it was all about talking regarding money and would not offer me a test drive until i finalize how would I be paying if i were to buy this car. Feel bad for the other employees who have to work there . I recommend all to check out other dealers in the city that are far better in terms of customer service and are much better in effective comm

Had been looking for a car for my son for a while before finding one that fit the bill at Karman. Anthony was great - flexible and responsive throughout the process. He worked with me to allow my mechanic to give it a once over, and took care of everything he said he would afterwards. Car is solid, very happy with it and the entire end to end experience.

Terrible dealer !!!, I was quite insulted because he expected me to buy a truck that had problems with the front stabilizer bar and deep rust, however the truck wasn't on the lot and so I waited because I needed to see its condition. He also asked me for a deposit (money) to bring it to the lot, which is their problem because they should have the vehicle available for inspection and test drive, which he didn't let me do either. You cannot force a customer to buy something they do not like.

Had car for 5 months and they didn’t even do an oil change for me before I got it as soon as I got it couple months later service needs done, air suspension going out I think the only sell lemons I gave my car to them with one problem easy fix and told them and they couldn’t be honest or even do the maintenance for my car the just recommended another place to go waist my money after I already waisted a lot on payment

I never thought I'd say this about a used car dealership, but in our recent experience purchasing a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Karman Auto Sales, the Karman Auto guys were always helpful, professional, and honest. They kept every promise they made to us, and even went the extra mile when we had trouble with the paperwork for our DCU loan. My brother, a doctor, told me once "What is malpractice in the medical profession is standard practice in the car sales profession" - but my brother never had the good fortune to buy a car from Karman Auto Sales. I recommend them to you without reservation.
