It has been very difficult to establish contact with someone at this establishment, as the phone frequently rings without response. My father visited multiple times to discuss the Range Rover Velar; however, the battery was dead, and they did not have a key available, which delayed our ability to test drive the vehicle. When we finally had the opportunity to test drive, we were informed that negotiations were possible, but the price was only reduced to match the vehicle's listed price at the time of sale. The vehicle had a crack on the side of the windshield, two tires in poor condition, and chipped paint on the driver’s door. We were prepared to submit a cashier’s check for $17,000 as-is. My experience with KarMart was cool. They communicated well and made sure I was straight before leaving the lot. 10 out of 10, I do recommend.

Drove over an hour and 40 minutes to look at some vehicles. There was no one there. When I spoke to someone they asked if I'd sit and wait another 20 minutes after waiting almost an hour. I waited till about 12:40 and still there was no one there. You pride yourselves on customer service but when I spoke to someone about it they just hung up. If you value your time, DO NOT waste it with them. This place is trash, just like their inventory. Complete and utter was of time. PS..As for your response, it shows your level of pettyness. Instead of trying to earn my buisness back, you acted just as petty me. I'm upset cause you wasted my time. I can't get it back. Maybe you should worry about your employees showing up.
